Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Long-Life Food Book ("the Product") you agree to these terms.

• Digital product. The Product is a downloadable PDF delivered immediately after payment. No physical item is shipped unless an add-on clearly states otherwise.
• Licence. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, read and print the Product for your own household use.
• Anti-piracy. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, reproduce or publish the Product or any part of it, in any form, including file-sharing sites, groups or AI training sets. Download links may be personalised and monitored, and infringing copies may result in licence termination and legal action.
• Pricing. Prices are in USD. Your bank or card provider may convert the amount and apply its own fees. Australian prices include GST where applicable.
• Information only. The Product contains general historical and educational information on food preservation. It is not a substitute for tested food-safety guidance, professional advice or medical advice. You are responsible for safe preparation, storage and consumption in your own kitchen. Herbal preparations are not medical treatment; consult a qualified practitioner, especially if pregnant, nursing, medicated or treating children.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for loss, illness or injury arising from use of the Product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Refund Policy

Because the Product is a digital download delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Our Refund Guarantee: We stand 100% behind every recipe, ratio and preservation technique in this manual. If you follow any recipe and hit an issue, or spot a material error in any instruction or measurement, email John directly at intechformology@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue and make it right for you, we will refund 100% of your money. No runaround. This does not limit your statutory rights under consumer law.

To make a claim, email intechformology@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email, the recipe name and number, and a description of the error. Refund conditions:

• The error must be material — an incorrect measurement, temperature, time or instruction — not a matter of taste, preference or opinion.
• We will first attempt to resolve the error (for example, by confirming the correct figure or issuing a corrected edition).
• If we confirm the error and cannot resolve it, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method.
• Duplicate purchases or failed deliveries we cannot fix will also be refunded.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, or consumer protection laws in the USA or Canada.

Privacy Policy

• What we collect: your name, email address, country and order details. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
• Why: to deliver your purchase, provide support, handle refund claims, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
• Marketing: we only send marketing emails if you have agreed, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Sharing: only with service providers needed to run the store (payments, email delivery, hosting). We do not sell your data.
• Your rights: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing intechformology@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable US and Canadian privacy laws.
• Retention: order records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes.

This book provides historical and educational food preservation information. Shelf-life figures are estimates that depend on ingredients, technique and storage conditions. Always follow proper food safety protocols. When in doubt, throw it out.
